PROJECT SUMMARY
Chaparral school in Claremont, California is a 50 year old elementary school that focuses on communal learning, positive behaviors, hands-on learning, and social-emotional balance. Me and my team had the privilege of working with the faculty, staff, and students on a 30 ft wide by 10 ft tall mural for their multi-purpose room. After conducting research, ten designs were submited, upon which one was selected. Our team painted the mural over a six week period and invited students and staff to join us. The final result was a room that reflected the vision and values of the school.
